If you need to cancel an appointment with us, please read the following information about our cancelation policy:
- Any cancelation needs to be done minimum 2 working days in advance (for instance, canceling on a Thursday the appointment for Monday).
- If this timing is respected, the payment of this session can be transferred to another one within the same month of treatment. However, if the period for canceling is not respected, we cannot offer the option of transferring the payment for a new booking.
- If the patient doesn’t attend for a total of 2 sessions without any previous notification, we will proceed to cancel all the future appointments. This process will be explained to the patient once we can stablish the contact back.
- The refund will be only done when there’s been an organization mistake by the centre.
